• All equipment and parts are sold strictly "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS", and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Backroads Resale LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for defects, malfunctions, or failures after sale.

• Buyers assume all risks associated with the condition and use of the equipment following purchase.
